Enterprise foundations
Oracle & Yahoo!
Built an early foundation in enterprise software, CRM and internet-scale platforms—learning how complex systems, customers and commercial realities come together.
Enterprise product & business operator
I’ve spent 25+ years turning complex customer and business problems into products that work in the real world.
Today, I’m Founder and CEO of YuktaMedia—still making the product, customer, investment and operating decisions that come with building an enterprise SaaS business.
The through-line
My career has moved across enterprise software, financial services, internet platforms, AdTech, MediaTech and AI-enabled operations. The industries changed. The central challenge did not: understand the real problem, make the right trade-offs and bring people together to create measurable value.
I have worked across the full product lifecycle—from customer discovery and strategy to delivery, adoption, monetization and operating-model change. That breadth taught me to see a product not as a roadmap or a collection of features, but as a living business system.
“The hard part is rarely writing the roadmap. It is making choices that survive contact with customers, capacity, dependencies and commercial reality.”
The operator’s journey
Enterprise foundations
Built an early foundation in enterprise software, CRM and internet-scale platforms—learning how complex systems, customers and commercial realities come together.
Financial-services products
Owned SaaS decisioning, web-services and pricing products for US mortgage lenders, then expanded into partner strategy, onboarding, roadmaps and P&L/ROI analysis.
Global product leadership
Led strategy and portfolio execution across programmatic advertising, integrations, ad serving, audience data and business intelligence across North America, Europe and Australia.
The product business
Founded and now leads an enterprise MediaTech company—connecting customer problems, product strategy, engineering investment, adoption, monetization and business outcomes.
How I think about product
These are not abstract beliefs. They are the working assumptions I use while making decisions with customers, product teams, engineers and commercial leaders.
Requests are inputs, not answers. The work is to find the recurring problem, understand its importance and decide what value is worth creating.
Strategy, engineering, adoption, monetization, services and P&L are connected. Improving one while ignoring the others rarely produces a durable result.
Strong teams do not avoid constraints. They make priorities, ownership, dependencies and capacity explicit enough for people to make better decisions.
AI can speed up research, analysis and communication. Accountability for context, choices and outcomes must remain human.
What “Product CEO” means
At YuktaMedia, I operate as the Product CEO: connecting customer problems, product strategy, engineering investment, adoption, monetization and P&L outcomes. It means balancing customer commitments with scalable productization, making build-partner-integrate choices and staying close to the people doing the work.
That operating responsibility is also what I bring to advisory work: a bias for practical decisions, commercially grounded product thinking and changes that can survive the realities of the organization.
Selected advisory experience
Earlier embedded consulting and current enterprise product intervention—working alongside teams on live product and business problems.
The first engagement helped shape a Wi-Fi solution. More than four years later, Alef returned to turn a horizontal edge platform into vertical solutions.
A returning client is evidence of trust.
Engagement scope shown. No quantified client outcomes claimed.
Beyond operating
I turn live product-business decisions, trade-offs and operating practices into applied learning—not generic PM training.
In a recent Syngenta workshop, I worked with 15 product professionals on strategic clarity, decision rights, stakeholder alignment, dependencies and execution bottlenecks. The session introduced the ALIGN Product Execution framework and was followed by a structured check-in on its day-to-day use.
“Refreshingly practical and not just a training session.”
The aim is always the same: help people solve the work in front of them and leave with a clearer way to make the next decision.

I’m particularly interested in complex B2B product environments where customer value, technology, commercial outcomes and organizational execution have to move together.
